The Joy of Branding: Beyonce Signs Multi-Million Dollar Deal with Pepsi

Oh, but you better work Bey. 

Beyonce is not playing any games in 2013! According to The New York Times, she just signed a $50 million dollar deal with the beverage giant to pretty much to whatever she wants (including having her face on a Pepsi can.) Not only is the Grammy award-winning diva performing at the Super Bowl Halftime show, (which I’m sure Uncle Jay will join her on stage too) but she has a documentary premiering on HBO on February 16th, 2013.

I’m no Beyonce stan, but I will always be here for her slaying the scene on and off the stage. Her brand has become absolutely brilliant since she went solo in 2003, and I’m sure we can only continue to expect greater things from Mrs. Knowles-Carter.
